A £49 call-out fee applies for us to attend and assess the lock, and you are given a price for the job before any work begins. A straightforward non-destructive entry or single lock change is typically resolved in one visit.
Is being locked out always an emergency?
Usually, yes – especially if it's your only way in, it's late, or you have children, pets or vulnerable family members inside or waiting with you. Check whether a window or back door has been left open first, but if you can't get in safely, call us and we'll get a locksmith to you.
Can you get into my home without damaging the door?
In most cases, yes. Our locksmiths carry non-destructive entry tools and can open the majority of standard cylinder and mortice locks without drilling or breaking the door. If a lock genuinely has to be drilled out, it's replaced with a new one on the same visit.
Do you fit locks that meet my home insurance policy's requirements?
